AD INFINITUM Announces European Headline Tour for Fall 2025
Having just finished a full European tour with folk metal pioneers Eluveitie, modern metal force AD INFINITUM keeps the momentum going by announcing their very first headline tour for fall 2025! With Seven Spires and Phantom Elite as support acts, the tour kicks off on October 23 in Aschaffenburg, Germany (DE), and spans 14 cities across Europe.
Last year was massive for AD INFINITUM, marked by highlights such as the release of their spellbinding, game-changing fourth album Abyss, as well as a North American tour alongside symphonic metal masters Kamelot and power metal veterans HammerFall. Dubbed as “the new bearers of hope for modern melodic metal” by Hardline Magazine (DE) and “one of Europe’s most promising epic modern metal outfits” by Metalized Magazine (DK), the four-piece is poised to continue their rise to the top of the scene in 2025.

Atmospheric Black Metal Four-Piece GRIMA Releases New Single “Beyond the Dark Horizon” + Official Music Video!
| Just a few days until the release of GRIMA´s sixth studio album and Napalm Records debut Nightside – out this Friday, February 28, 2025 via Napalm Records – the Siberian atmospheric black metal force reveal their third single “Beyond the Dark Horizon”. GRIMA sketches a desolate, twilight-bound world where sorrow stretches endlessly beyond the skyline, and a mighty black river carves its path through the kingdom of shadows. The equally beautiful and sorrowful melody mirrors the inexorable passage of time, carrying the listener through spectral landscapes where fate is bound to darkness – a perfect melody for nightmares. After several shows across Europe, including some with fast-rising German death metal force Kanonenfieber, GRIMA are set to honor the spirit of the Siberian Forest, Taiga, once more on Nightside. In addition to their unforgettable sound, the band’s look – towering like living trees with intimidating carved wooden masks and branched fingers – adds another haunting element to their brutal yet beautiful output. Showing their variety within the black metal genre on their upcoming full-length Nightside, GRIMA also incorporate death metal-like growls into their delivery on tracks like “Impending Death Premonition” and showcase focused effort and skill on the album’s more brief, accessible offerings. “Curse of the Void” is as dreamy and complex as his big brothers, but also as satisfying as a more direct black metal anthem. With their mysterious visual aura and intriguing sound inspired by the unforgiving nature around them, GRIMA continue to prove themselves as an unmissable band to watch within the genre!
Mixing, mastering, and helming Nightside’s harsh, powerful but also clear-as-an-icicle sound is black metal-experienced producer Vladimir Lehtinen. The two driving forces behind the band’s unique sound, Vilhelm and Morbius, both deliver different aspects of the band’s impactful, massive guitar riffs, leads and melodies, while Vilhelm also soars as the voice of the woods. Guest musicians Vlad (drums) and Serpentum (guitars) also join the fold both in studio and on stage.

In additional news, Shores of Null will be unraveling a live album for May 2025. Entitled “Beauty Over Europe”, the live record features 10 tracks that were recorded during their monumental 2023 European tour with Swallow The Sun, Draconian, and Avatarium. Throughout that tour, Shores of Null performed 35 shows across 18 countries, including Norway, Denmark, Germany, the UK, Ireland, France, Italy, Switzerland, Netherlands, and Hungary, bringing their critically acclaimed album “The Loss Of Beauty” to the stage.
The live recordings, captured in the cities of Leipzig, Munich, Aschaffenburg, Budapest, and Belfast, preserve the raw and emotive energy of their performances. Each track reflects the band’s ability to blend melancholic melodies with crushing heaviness, offering fans a visceral live experience.
“Beauty Over Europe” is both a celebration of the tour and a gift to all fans of the band. Exactly two years after that unforgettable journey, this live album offers a chance to relive the emotional intensity and true essence of Shores Of Null’s live performances.

Despite the melancholy of their sound, they’re some of the most fun and genuine people we’ve met, and by the end of this epic journey, we were proud to call them friends.

Shores of Null stand out from their contemporaries with their ability to blend seemingly disparate elements into their sound, overwhelmingly heavy and soothing at the same time: blackened aggression stands alongside gothic-doom sections without either sounding out of place. Their music can be both melancholic yet majestic, made of chorale-like guitar textures across the instrument’s entire range, sustained by a powerful rhythmic section and punctuated by a refined mixture of clean and growled vocals, along with extensive use of pleasing vocal harmonies which have become the band’s trademark through the years.
The Rome-based metal band has been an unwavering presence within the metal underground since their musical outset in 2013, churning out a series of impressive records: the melodic and somber “Quiescence” (Candlelight, 2014), the darker and more complex “Black Drapes For Tomorrow” (Candlelight/Spinefarm, 2017), and the ambitious “Beyond The Shores (On Death And Dying)” (Spikerot Records, 2020), a 38-minute long doom manifesto that sees guest appearances of the doom-titans Mikko Kotamäki (Swallow The Sun) and Thomas A.G. Jensen (Saturnus), along with the angelic voice of Elisabetta Marchetti (Inno).
Shores Of Null’s fourth album, “The Loss Of Beauty”, released in March 2023, was hailed as one of the best albums of the year within the genre. The band supported the release with an extensive EU/UK tour alongside Swallow The Sun, Draconian, and Avatarium, followed by standout performances at major festivals like Hellfest, Rock Imperium, and 70000 Tons Of Metal among others, further solidifying their status as one of the rising forces in the metal scene.

Christophe Danjon is the creative force behind Mystyc Blade. A self-taught musician, Christophe developed his distinctive style early on, focusing on instrumental music. His pursuit of excellence led him to the Music Academy International (MAI) in Nancy, where he honed his skills further. After graduating, Christophe seized notable opportunities, including opening for Angra and Calvin Russell.

“Hunger of Your Deceased Deity” plunges listeners into a visceral and haunting narrative. A thousand wanderers trudge through a desolate valley under ominous skies, skeletal remains to mark their path. Starving and desperate, they fall prey to Yzanthu, “The Crow”, a rotting avian monstrosity feasting for the first time in centuries. Soldiers and clerics are powerless against its might, as chaos erupts with The Soulless joining the carnage. Amid the slaughter, the herd fractures—some fleeing under Mattendas’ lead, while others are driven north to Hedon, where The Stag awaits to claim their souls as part of Yzanthu’s dark design.
Yzanthu had long watched from afar, targeting a gem within the human settlement.
